Custom Parts

Information on Custom Alterations to existing Phil Wood Products

Phil Works is dedicated to providing items not available as standard offerings from Phil Wood & Co. Phil Works can provide changes as subtle as a custom width on a bottom bracket, to a special one of a kind hub. Please contact us if you have a special item in you would like made especially for you.


Fee Schedule for Custom Products

This is only a guideline, your particular customization will be assessed and an estimate will be given to you before any work begins. Fees are calculated on an hourly rate for the personnel engaged on the project. Upon acceptance of estimate a 50% deposit is due.

Consulting : $75/Per Hour
Engineering/Design : $250/Per Hour
Machining : $125/Per Hour
